MFT Release Countdown - Love Story

Welcome to the Day 3 of the January Release Countdown with My Favorite Things! You'll find complete countdown details at the MFT Blog as well as full reveals of today's featured products. MFT is offering huge cash prizes for commenting on the participating designers' blogs, so take advantage of that because there are so many great new products that you just might want to buy!

My card today features Love Story and a sweet new Die-namics called Scrolled Flourishes. I think the new Spearmint ink combined with Chocolate Brown is yummy and a bit vintage looking.

Wanting that vintage postcard look, I added ink spatters, Spearmint buttons and a clock stamp, also in Spearmint ink, from MPD's Timeless stamp set.  I also sponged the edges of the Primitive Cream layers with Natural ink to further my vintage quest.

Inside the card is a trio of stamps from Love Story (Chocolate Brown heart), Timeless (Spearmint clock face), and Distressed Hearts (Natural 'XOXO'). I again added ink spatters and sponged edges, leaving plenty of room for a handwritten message - boy, that's almost vintage these days, isn't it?!

Both new and currently available products are listed below for your browsing convenience. Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed my take on Love Story!
~Amy

Links to new products will be available to use on Tuesday, January 7th at 10pm EST in the MFT Store.
